Dutch defence cluster

Dutch Defence Cluster is a Netherlands-based initiative launched in September 2025 to strengthen cooperation between Dutch and Ukrainian defence technology sectors. It operates outreach and matchmaking programs, facilitating joint R&D, trade agreements, testing, certification and export/introduction of technologies across borders. By linking Ukrainian innovators with European industrial partners and institutions, the Cluster aims to accelerate deployment of defence tech, build sustainable supply chains, and foster market access and resilience for both countries.
