About

ETER is a compact, modular electronic-intelligence and direction-finding complex developed by the Ukrainian defence startup Falcons as part of the national defence innovation cluster. The system is designed to detect, locate and track radio-signal-emitting devices such as enemy drones, communications relays and electronic-warfare systems. Capable of operating for up to 24 hours autonomously in the field, ETER uses multiple interlinked direction-finders and correlation-interferometric techniques to identify emitters even under frequency-hopping or GPS-denied conditions. Its modular construction enables rapid component replacement and deployment in various configurations — from infantry units to armoured vehicles. ETER has already been deployed by Ukrainian forces on the frontline, supporting safe drone operations and targeting of enemy EW assets.
