The Killhouse Academy is a Ukrainian UAV training institution established in 2023 in response to the rapidly growing demand for skilled drone operators in modern combat. Created with the involvement of experienced fighters and instructors, particularly those connected to frontline units such as the 3rd Assault Brigade, the academy was designed to provide fast, practical, and combat-oriented training in FPV drone operations. Its mission is to make high-quality preparation in advanced military technologies accessible to both civilians and military personnel, reflecting the increasing role of unmanned systems on the battlefield.

The academy operates with a flexible and intensive training model, offering structured courses ranging from beginner-level FPV piloting to advanced operator and engineering programs. Training is conducted across multiple locations and focuses heavily on hands-on experience, simulation-based learning, and realistic tactical scenarios. Instructors typically have direct combat experience, ensuring that the curriculum remains aligned with current battlefield conditions and operational requirements.

Drone usage is at the core of Killhouse Academy’s training doctrine. Students are trained to operate reconnaissance UAVs for surveillance and intelligence gathering, as well as strike FPV drones used for precision engagement of enemy targets. The program also includes technical components such as drone assembly, configuration, and maintenance, along with tactics for operating in environments affected by electronic warfare. Through this comprehensive approach, the academy plays a significant role in preparing operators capable of effectively employing unmanned systems in modern, technology-driven warfare.
