About

TAF Drones, now known as TAF Industries, is a Ukrainian defense technology company founded in 2022 by Oleksandr Yakovenko. Headquartered in Kyiv, the company specializes in the design and production of First-Person View (FPV) drones and other military technologies. TAF Drones initially focused on developing the Kolibri FPV drone, which proved effective in combat during the early stages of the full-scale invasion and received certification from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence.

Details

TAF Industries develops high-volume FPV drones and integrated battlefield systems for modern warfare.

The systems include:

-Kolibri FPV drones: Available in 7″, 8″, and 10″ models, these drones offer ranges from 12 to 14 km, flight times up to 15 minutes, and payload capacities ranging from 1.5 to 2.4 kg.

-“Last Mile” FPV drones: Designed to be resistant to electronic warfare, ensuring reliability in contested environments.

-Babka UAV: A low-cost reconnaissance and strike drone with a 75 km range, suitable for tactical operations.

-Kvazar EW systems: Electronic warfare solutions for both portable and dome-based applications, enhancing battlefield communication security.

-TAF-P2 initiation board: A certified module for controlling drone payloads, including arming, disarming, and activation functions.
-Kolibri 13 FR1 relay UAV: A drone designed to extend communication range and enhance network connectivity on the battlefield.
