Ukroboronprom, operating as Ukrainian Defense Industry (UDI), is Ukraine’s largest state-owned defense conglomerate, founded in 2010 and headquartered in Kyiv. It encompasses over 100 enterprises across aviation, shipbuilding, armored vehicles, munitions, and electronics. UDI supplies the Ukrainian Armed Forces with modern weaponry and has recently expanded production and technology through international partnerships. The company is building a NATO-standard ammunition factory and aims to increase domestic defense capabilities and technological self-sufficiency.
